Dental implants involve oral surgery, so you must also be insufficient medical health to receive dental implants.
Implants Specialists at Luxe Dentistry will evaluate you and decide whether you qualify for dental implants. There are some health conditions that prevent some patients from dental implants, but any reasonably healthy person should have no problem becoming a candidate.
Implants process begins with an oral surgery during which the dentist extracts any remains of the tooth that may still exist and inserts the dental implants. The patient must wait 4 to 6 months while the wounds heal and while the dental implant fuses itself naturally with bone growth in the jawbone.
A second step is then needed to insert an abutment on top of the implant. In some cases. Finally, an Implant crown or another dental prosthesis is installed on top of the abutment. The final result is virtually indistinguishable from a natural tooth and requires the same care that natural teeth require.

Dental veneers are small covers for teeth made out of dental porcelain material. Dental veneers are used for reconstructing or improving the aesthetic appearance of teeth. They are primarily used for the six or eight visible, upper and/or lower, front teeth.
Veneers will require a strong and healthy tooth to obtain better results. Veneers are not as strong as other options, but they are much easier to prepare, manufacture and install. In addition, they are affordable. Dental veneers are quite strong and can be used for most regular purposes including biting and normal eating.
DDS. Jose Manuel Jimenez can provide a FREE Evaluation to determine if you’re a candidate for dental veneers and what type of dental veneers would be best for you.
Zirconia dental veneers & porcelain dental veneers are manufactured by a dental laboratory. Each type has its advantages, although most dentists choose zirconia veneers since they are more durable and look like natural teeth.

Endodontics
Suffering from intense tooth pain?
A root canal therapy can relieve your pain and help save your natural tooth.
Endodontics is a dental specialty that focuses on the deepest part of a tooth: the pulp. When it becomes infected, it can cause a lot of pain and if untreated, eventually the loss of the tooth. A tooth infection is typically caused by decay or a deep cavity that causes irreparable damage or death to the tooth pulp – When antibiotics are no longer an option for treating a tooth infection, a root canal becomes a necessary procedure.
Only a dental professional can advise you if you need a root canal. If it is deemed necessary to save your tooth, our specialists will perform the procedure to identify the cause of the problem and treat any issues related to the tooth’s pulp. The doctor will remove the infected pulp, clean the root area, take necessary steps to avoid further infection and seal the tooth. Root canal treatment is highly successful and can often last a lifetime.
You may be a candidate for a root canal if you suffer from any of the following problems: Decay has reached the tooth pulp, Infection or abscess has developed inside the tooth or at the root tip Injury or trauma to the tooth.
Root Canal Therapy is usually done in 1 day. However, medication is placed inside the canals if the tooth is infected, then will be necessary to return one week later to proceed with the treatment.

Dentures are dental prostheses used to replace missing teeth. They are almost always used in patients that have lost all or almost all of their teeth, due to disease or trauma. Patients missing only a few teeth may be best served with partial dentures. Patients will many missing teeth may benefit from full dentures.
Today, dental implants are a preferred option for restoring lost teeth. However, some patients prefer Dentures because they are less expensive than dental implants or because of other health issues that may restrict some patients from dental surgery.
Medical conditions that might prevent a patient from qualifying for dental implants could include diabetes, certain types of cancer, or bad blood circulation. Dentures may be recommended for the following patients:
Patients with a long history of smoking, patients that take anti-coagulants, patients who don’t have enough jawbone needed for dental implants or patients that cannot or do not wish to have dental surgery.

Dental Crown
A dental crown is a “cap” that looks like a real tooth and is placed over and cover a tooth, for the purpose of restoring its shape and size, strength, and appearance.
Dental Crowns/Bridges are structures that are used for reconstructing damaged teeth or replacing missing teeth. We offer 2 different types of crowns/bridges that you can choose.
Crowns are strong covers made of porcelain fused to metal that are used to reconstruct teeth that have suffered severe damage from a disease, trauma, or a dental procedure, but are still healthy. They are commonly used to reconstruct teeth that have been saved. They combine the strength of a metal base with a cosmetic covering of tooth-colored porcelain.
Zirconium crowns/bridges
These type of crowns/bridges are made from a ceramic material called zirconia. It is a very strong ceramic able to withstand the wear and tear of every day. Aesthetically, it is very similar to a natural tooth reflecting light in much the same way.
Dental Bridge
Dental Bridges are structures used to replace teeth that have been lost but that still have strong teeth on both sides of the gap. Dental Bridges are attached to healthy teeth on both sides of the gap and have a dental pontic/crown in the middle that will replace the missing tooth.

Almost all of us will get a cavity at some time in our lives. The most common treatment for a cavity is a filling.
Fillings are one of the most common restoration procedures performed in the dental office. They are used to repair cavities, rendering the tooth usable after decayed material has been removed. Although fillings at one time were made exclusively of metal amalgam, today’s dentist offer composite, or tooth-colored fillings.
The procedure for both types of fillings is very similar. A major difference is that most composite fillings are “cured” with a special light that makes them hard and durable. Metal amalgam does not require this additional step. Which type of filling you choose depends upon your preference as well as your dentist’s recommendation. Both are very effective treatments and will ensure your teeth remain strong and functional for many years.
Starting in the 1990s, advances in dentistry produced new options for filling teeth. One of the most popular of these is composite fillings. The material used for composite fillings is also a mixture of polymers that can adhere to the tooth surface and are hardened with a blue light. Many people prefer this type of filling because it does not contain mercury. Also, because it is tooth-colored, it is not easily discernible. Composite resins are strong enough to withstand pressures from the back teeth, and generally last ten years or more, making them a practical, comfortable, and attractive alternative to metal amalgam.

Teeth-Whitening, everything we do is dedicated to giving you a beautiful, vibrant smile. But let’s be honest, a whitening will only light your teeth 2 to 3 tones lighter than your real tone. If you suffer from stained teeth, we’re pleased to offer an effective, affordable teeth-whitening solution with long-lasting results. But if you are looking for a bright and white teeth, you may need to have whitening 2 to 3 time per year.
Over the years, the accumulation of substances on our teeth can cause them to lose their original color. This process—commonly referred to as “yellow teeth” — is aesthetically unpleasant, but it may also lead to disease or damage if left untreated.
Teeth whitening is one of the most commonly requested procedures in cosmetic dentistry.
Teeth whitening works by exfoliating stains from inside your teeth to bring them back to their natural color. This process involves the use of a 25% hydrogen peroxide gel. During the whole process, your lips and gums are covered and protected. Teeth Whitening only takes 35-minute sessions, and gives most patients a pretty and fresh smile.
Whitening System is fast, safe. Ask your dentist at Luxe Dentistry if the teeth whitening system is right for you.
